Nicole was born and raised here in Warkworth. She left the area to study and travel, returning in 2001 to open Elocin Specialty Foods, a gluten-free bakery. In 2015 Nicole closed Elocin Specialty Foods, graduated from Massey University with a Science and Technology Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition, and now works as a Nutritionist.
Nicole is a member of the Nutrition Society of New Zealand. She is committed to continuing professional development on a regular basis and has a special interest in nutrition for those with food allergy/intolerance and the elderly. When it comes to nutrition, Nicole focuses on the fact that no one size fits all: we are each very different in what we need (and like) to make us happy and healthy, and finding that out is part of this fantastic ride we call life.
